Korea Gold and Silver,
Becoming the Digital Financial Infrastructure

KGLD, KSVR is RWA infrastructure that brings the trust of physical gold and silver into digital finance.
By connecting physical custody, verification, token issuance, and on-chain records, KGLD/KSVR turns physical gold and silver into infrastructure assets for digital financial services, setting a new standard for Korea-based real-world digital assets.

Why Gold and Silver Now?

Traditional assets still hold strong value, but they need new infrastructure to be fully used in digital finance.

PROBLEM 01

Custody Constraints

Physical gold and silver require space, carry storage costs, and are difficult to manage efficiently.

PROBLEM 02

Limited Verification

Distribution data and verification systems are often opaque, making trust harder to establish.

PROBLEM 03

Limited Transferability

Physical transactions take time and involve complex procedures, making fast transfer difficult.

What Is RWA Tokenization?

RWA connects assets that exist in the real world or are legally recognized, such as real estate and bonds, to the blockchain and turns them into trusted digital assets.

Custody and Verification

What backs the asset, and how can it be verified? Build trust as a digital asset by disclosing custody, verification, audit, and issuance data.

Financial Infrastructure

Expansion More than turning assets into tokens, RWA expands real-world assets into infrastructure for holding, transfer, trading, collateral, settlement, and more.

Real-World Asset Backing

Based on assets recognized in real markets. Not a purely abstract digital asset, but a way to extend real-world value and rights into the digital environment.

Digital Representation

Represents the value of physical assets as blockchain tokens, enabling smaller units and faster transfer.

How Are KGLD and KSVR Different?

KGLD and KSVR extend the unique value of each underlying asset into the digital environment, so real-world assets can become core assets for digital financial services.

K-GOLD

One Asset, Across Multiple Blockchains

KGLD is being designed to use LayerZero's OFT standard, enabling one unified asset to operate across multiple blockchains. The goal is a structure that maintains a single supply and consistent policies, instead of fragmented liquidity across chains.

KGLD is a precious-metals RWA token designed around physical gold. KSVR is designed around physical silver. Issuance terms, custody structure, and audit information will be disclosed through official documents and the Trust Center.

Redemption availability, minimum amounts, fees, eligible countries, and KYC/AML requirements may vary by product terms and regulatory review. The current redemption terms are as follows: KGLD can be exchanged for physical gold at designated redemption partners through the platform’s physical gold exchange menu. The minimum exchange unit is 100g, and the exchange requires a quantity of KGLD equivalent to the Korea Gold Exchange’s 100g product price, which includes fees and processing costs. Users can select a redemption partner on the KGLD platform, pay with KGLD, and then, after confirming that the partner has secured the inventory, visit the store to complete the redemption application and identity verification to receive the physical gold.

The goal is to make reserve status, supply, audit reports, and contract addresses available in the Trust Center.
